The most important part of our practice is our patients. The role we play in your dental care is to provide an accurate diagnosis and explain the options you have for treatment. Explaining all of the details you need to know, we set you up to make the most informed decision you can about your treatment. We do not recommend treatments unless they are necessary and in your best interest!

How is Frisco Elm Dental different from any other office in the area?

At Frisco Elm Dental, the patient is the center of attention. When you visit us, you will quickly notice that we are not aggressive or impersonal. We do not rush patients through their visits and we make sure that each person is treated individually. Our standard of practice is to treat every patient in the same way we would treat a member of our own family. Dr. Suri gives each patient ample time to discuss their concerns and to inform them about their options for care, involving them in the decision-making process. How are we different? Is your office open to new patients and referrals?

We love meeting new patients and helping them to achieve their best smiles. Being chosen as your dental office or being referred by you is an incredible honor that we greatly appreciate. Our office is conveniently located, and a friendly member of our staff is happy to schedule your appointment.

I was told that I need extensive dental treatment, but I'm not sure. Is it best to get a second opinion?

There may be a number of ways to approach a particular dental problem. That does not mean that one way is wrong and another is right. Having multiple options just allows you to determine which form of care may be best for you. We are happy to assess your unique situation and provide our recommendation. Dr. Suri believes that it is vitally important to inform each patient of choices and allow them to make an informed decision regarding treatment.

Do you bill insurance companies directly?

We are happy to take the stress of claims submission off you and deal directly with your insurance company. Frisco Elm Dental works with most dental insurance companies. Before treatment, we can confirm the amount of coverage available for your recommended procedure so that there are no questions. Fees not covered by insurance are your responsibility and due at the time of service. Our office accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, for your convenience.

Do you treat children?

We are happy to see patients of all ages in our family-friendly dental practice! Our office has a play area specifically designed to give our young patients something fun to do, like play Xbox, read, or color. We like to see patients by their first birthday, though we have seen infants as early as 6 months of age.

How often do I need routine dental care?

Most people can see their dentist twice a year. However, every person is different and some may benefit the most from more frequent visits. Routine care that includes exams and cleanings is important to the maintenance of healthy teeth and gums. Our dental checkups are very thorough, assessing teeth, gums, and other structures for the earliest possible detection of concerning dental problems. Dental care makes me nervous; can I be sedated with nitrous oxide?

We understand that the dental office can be uncomfortable for many people. At Frisco Elm Dental, nitrous oxide sedation is available to any patient who needs a little help relaxing. Nitrous oxide has been used for over a century and is a safe and effective way to reduce dental anxiety.

Do you accept CHIP and Medicaid?

Our goal to provide as many patients as we can with quality dental care. We are now accepting Medicaid and CHIP insurances.
