Insurance Friendly Plans

We are an insurance-friendly practice who participates with most PPO insurances. Some of those that are accepted by Dr. Suri include Metlife, Medicaid, Humana, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ameritas, Aetna, United Healthcare, Guardian, Cigna and CHIP. We also accept numerous other PPOs, so if you do not see your insurance on this short list, please contact us, chances are we do accept your insurance!

Dr. Suri is an in-network provider for many different insurance plans. Our staff has a great deal of experience understanding benefits and ensuring they are utilized fully. When you visit our office, please bring your insurance information so that we can check your coverage. We are happy to check coverage on subsequent visits to ensure we have the most current information on file. We file claims electronically as a courtesy to our patients. Additionally, we are happy to track claims when necessary.

PPO plans that allow subscribers to choose their own dentist are most likely accepted by Dr. Suri, who is an in-network provider for many PPOs. If you have questions about your coverage, we are happy to assist you. Just give us a call and speak with a friendly member of our administrative team.

We accept Delta Dental PPO insurance

We accept MetLife PPO insurance

Insurance Friendly Little Elm - Met Life

As an insurance friendly practice, we participate in a number of different insurance plans, including most from MetLife. Our experienced administrative staff is happy to talk with you about your coverage. You may also find more information from your employer or at the Metlife website.

Please note that your insurance benefits are contracted between your employer, the insurance company, and you. Professional fees are ultimately your responsibility, regardless of your benefits.
